Our consulting company was established in November 19, 1995 as a provider of business education and recruiting services. Now we are proud to be a leading consulting company in Belarus.
For 13 years we have been helping our clients assess their past, understand the present and see the future!
1996 The first business-conference in Belarus - “Human Resource Management”
1998 We became a member of the Association of Recruiting Consultants (Russia)
1998 We changed our name into “Consulting Group “Zdes i Seichas” and, in addition to business education and recruiting, we began offering consulting and intellectual property rights protection services.
1998 We filled the first vacancy using “Executive Search” method
1999 We completed the first consulting project
2000 We began developing our functional areas (specializations) in consulting and recruiting
2001 We established the first “HR club” in Minsk
2002 We became a member of the Association of Management and Organization Development Consultants (Russia)
2002 We started the first 40-hour program in Sales Management
2003 Our consultants and business trainers completed several big projects on the territory of Russia
2004 We started five educational programs lasting from 1 to 3 months
2005 We started the first year-long program in management - “Mini-MBA”
2005 The first Business Forum for senior executives (“Days of Business”) was conducted
2007 We opened a branch in Lipetsk, Russia
2008 We increased the number of mid-term (1-3 months) educational programs to eight
2008 We became a certified partner of “Intalev” - an international consulting company, specializing in management consulting
2009 We started the first in Belarus year-long program in HR management (“Executive HR”), equivalent to MA programs in HRM
2010 We became a member of Friisberg & Partners International
